Two agencies and two developers: from $7,000 to $29,000 in the first year
You write to four companies you already know: two agencies and two developers in resort property. Our head of sales takes the meeting with them. There is no salary here. There is a share of every client you bring — 10% of everything they pay Mark AI, every month for as long as they pay — and a way into the team for the people who bring them. The range in the headline is four clients of different sizes, from a small developer to a large one.
Here is what you will be selling. Mark AI takes a developer's inbound enquiries and carries the buyer through to a Zoom call with a human salesperson — and gets there more often than a sales team does by hand: it replies within minutes and at night too, in the buyer's language, and goes back to the ones who stopped answering. One week on one developer's enquiries: 81 enquiries, 71 with a working WhatsApp, 8 meetings that took place.
What you are offering
The same enquiries, twice the meetings. That is what you bring a developer. At one client the number of enquiries carried through to a meeting doubled exactly, by the client's own count within two weeks of going live, with no new managers hired. The reason is plain: a person does not reply at night, at weekends, or in a fifth language. Mark AI does.
A developer has inbound enquiries: from ads, from the site, from messengers. Mark AI takes them over. It replies within minutes and at night too, in the buyer's language. It establishes budget, timeframe and purpose. It brings back the ones who went quiet. It books the Zoom call with a salesperson.

Any autoresponder can reply fast. Mark AI gets to the meeting.
So you will barely have to sell in words: you show the week of numbers and a demo dialogue, and our head of sales takes the first meeting with your client.
What Mark AI does not do. After the meeting the company's own managers take over. We do not touch their scripts or their CRM. Agency owners ask about this first.
Three companies pay for Mark AI today, at an average of $2,500 a month. All of them sell property in resort countries and cities — Thailand, the UAE and beyond. Their buyers come from everywhere and write in English, Russian, Spanish and other languages, each in their own time zone. One thing is common to these companies: their buyers are willing to talk on WhatsApp, and that is where Mark AI works.
What it costs the developer
The developer is not buying a licence and is not paying for a month. They pay for messages sent and for meetings that took place. No enquiries, no bill.
| A Mark AI message to a buyer | $0.50 |
| A buyer–salesperson meeting that actually happens | $50 |
| Setup and onboarding | free |
| Subscription fee | none |
| Minimum spend | none |
This is your argument in the first email. One qualifier on first-line handling costs a developer from $1,000 a month. One does not cover the shifts: to answer in the morning, at night and at weekends you need four of them plus a lead — from $5,000 a month, payable every month, with enquiries or without. Mark AI at 350 enquiries comes to about $3,510: nearly a third cheaper than those five, running around the clock and paid only for what it did — no enquiries, no bill. And the money is not the whole of it: a human gets to a Zoom with a salesperson far less often — no reply within minutes, no message in the buyer's language, no coming back to the ones who went quiet. You do not have to prepare anything: the deck for the developer, with a live dialogue and the numbers, comes back from Roman in reply to your first message — it is the first thing partners ask for.
You will not have to prepare anything: Roman sends the developer-facing deck with a demo dialogue and the numbers in reply to your first message — partners ask for it first thing.
Seven days at one developer: 81 enquiries, 8 meetings that took place
| Enquiries after duplicates were removed | 81 |
| Of those, with a working WhatsApp | 71 |
| Messages sent by Mark AI | 820 |
| Zoom meetings that took place | 8 |
One reward rate, and it does not end
No models to choose between, no turnover tiers, no thresholds. You get 10% of everything the clients you bring pay Mark AI, every month, for as long as they pay.
The money keeps coming for as long as the client stays with us.
- Same base: everything the client pays Mark AI in a month
- No tiers and no turnover thresholds — one rate across all your clients
- There is no one-off referral payment here: the income is monthly and does not stop after a year or after the first deal
- Payouts monthly: by the 10th, for the month before
- If the partnership ends, payouts on the clients you already brought continue: that is what the agreement is for
- Your partner account shows what each client paid, what it credited to you and what has been paid out; companies are registered to you there too
- A single client with 350 enquiries brings about $12,600 over three years — and that is just one of them
The first month, step by step
- Days 1–2. Get your bearings. You read the materials, watch a live Mark AI dialogue and pass the product certification. You put together a list of 4 companies — real-estate agencies and developers whose buyers talk on WhatsApp — with an answer to "why them" and "who gets me in". You check each one in the shared database: free, or already taken. From us: the pitch materials and a review of your list, marking which companies fit and which do not.
- Days 3–7. First contact. You write to the list and bring the conversations back for a line-by-line review. Our head of sales takes the first meeting with your client and you sit in on it. After that a curator from the sales team works with you.
- Weeks 2–4. The routine. Three meetings of your own with decision-makers at companies that fit. The meetings themselves do not pay: your rate runs on what the client actually pays Mark AI.
From there step three repeats. Each new client adds to the ones before.
Run the numbers on your own contacts
The maths assumes a client paying Mark AI $3,510 a month: $1,733 for meetings between their buyers and their salespeople, and $1,777 for messages. A given developer's figure will differ; it depends on how many enquiries they get and shows up in their first monthly report. The three companies paying us today average $2,500 a month — about 250 enquiries.
How the rate is calculated
| Period | Rate | On what |
|---|---|---|
| Every month of the agreement | 10% | of everything your clients pay Mark AI |
| Horizon | Your income, cumulative |

Who this fits
- you need a salary: there is none, and we will not pretend one is coming;
- you work on "give me a budget and I will bring leads": there is no ad budget for you here;
- you do not have four companies you know — agencies or developers — that you could write to this week;
- you need money for the meeting itself: the payout only arises from what the client actually pays Mark AI, which is usually three to eight weeks after the first meeting.
The way into the team
We hire from our partners and we say so openly. A CV does not show what a person can do. The first clients they bring do.
A partner with clients who came through them and are paying earns the right to a conversation about a role. The next move is yours: you apply, we look at your numbers, and if the role fits both sides we make an offer. Staff roles come with a full employment contract — paid leave, sick days and the rest of the statutory guarantees; terms are agreed personally.
That is a right to the conversation, not a promise of an offer: you may not fit the role, and we will say so plainly. Nothing you earned is taken back on the move — payouts on clients you brought before being hired continue. The company is growing, there will be more roles, and we would rather fill them with people who have already brought us clients.
The questions people do not ask out loud
No salary — this cannot be serious
What about an employment contract, paid leave and sick days?
Is this network marketing?
I already have an employer
I am not a salesperson
And if the product does not take off
Why now and not in six months
